Thank you for letting us know William and we confirm that the website sample order placed on Sunday 19.12.21 was despatched via Royal Mail the following day, Monday 20.12.21 at 10:56:09 If you still have not received the label material samples ordered, then please contact our customer care team who will be able to resend to you.
