“Labels are great and service is efficient. Unfortunate shipping is so expensive to Aberdeenshire - we are not a restricted postcode like some places in the Highlands however shipping appears to have been priced that way.”

Thank you for the latest repeat order of plain, matt-white, paper labels on A4 Dry Edge sheets Rachel and for also taking the time to post this review of your customer experience. Unfortunately with delivery charges, we have to pass on what the courier companies charge and the classification of exception postcodes for the Scottish highlands and islands, can vary by company, but we are continously discussing this with, with the objective of achieving lower charges. In the interim we look forward to continuing to be of service, whenever you require labels.

“This is a nice company to deal with. There are so many options on the website - cutters, materials, print, and everything else - that I find it easier to talk to the people at the customer service desk. They are very helpful, proofing is clear to understand/approve, and delivery/quality are both very good.”
