Thank you Doea and we are pleased that you are happy with the FOC sample materials that you ordered. We also apolgise for the time taken to dispatch your shipment, but there was an unexpected public holiday on Monday 19.09.22 in commereration of Queen Elizabeth II and the state funeral. Customer orders placed before 16:00 (GMT) are usually despatched on the day. We look forward to continuing to be of service when you have decided on a label material/s.

“I have always been happy with AA labels but now I feel a little cheated because they charged me to change the font.”

Thank you for sharing your feelings about this matter Helene and we have contacted you since to explain. Once your artwork provided was set-out correctly in the soft-proof provided for approval, to change the font style on an editable file is not a particularly difficult task, but it does take time and our small charge of £6.60 ex VAT is very reasonable in this respect. “My order was very efficiently dealt with, when the goods arrived the boxes were coming undone and boxes were sticking to the bubble wrap in the outer box. I managed to prise them apart and stand on one end to stop the boxes from coming apart. Not sure if the glue will hold.”

“Seriously only 10 characters! I discovered our industrial neighbour whilst walking the dog With no more office supplies shops anymore, your service is essential I looked you up online Simple and sophisticated online ordering system I only needed simple plain white labels of two set sizes. But I also discovered all the other wonderful things you can do I got what I asked for, no complications, no omissions, on time, easy collection. Just what I needed, I know where to come next time.”
