“The quotation and approval process from start to finish was so protracted than I would normally experience and at every turn the staff got it wrong. The labels turned up and all have to be scrapped because they didn't follow clear written instructions. Won't be working with AA again and it is disappointing because they used to be so on the ball.”

“As a new customer I received excellent customer service. I phoned for help regarding information about a new order and the sales guy was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
