“We've dealt with AA a few times and have always found them to be pretty on-the-ball. With this order we submitted our customer's artwork and then at proof stage noticed an issue with the original text. It wasn't 100% clear on the site how to deal with this, as it was only one piece of a/w that was wrong. Telephone help was very quick, and the problem resolved - far more friendly and flexible than some of the 'system printers' we have used in the past!”

Merci d'avoir demandé des échantillons de nos matériaux d'étiquettes en polyester transparent et du polypropylène transparent à utiliser avec les imprimantes à jet d'encre. Aussi pour avoir pris le temps de publier un compte-rendu de votre expérience client Isabelle. Nous espérons qu'un ou plusieurs des matériaux conviennent à votre application d'étiquettes et sommes impatients de continuer à être au service de la Maison Hume, lorsque vous serez prêt à commander des étiquettes. Thank you for requesting samples of our transparent Polyester label materials and the transparent Polypropylene for use with inkjet printers. Also for taking the time to publish an account of your customer experience Isabelle. We hope that one, or more of the materials are suitable for your label application and look forward to continuing to be of service to Maison Hume, when you are ready to order labels.

“These were advertised as avery programme compatible they are not, plus I've gone to use the programme to use the label templates and it's not even avaialble.....”

Thank you for the order of plain, gloss-white, Polypropylene labels on A4 Dry Edge sheets for use with Inkjet printers Michelle and we apologise that our label design software is undergoing maintenance, but the MS Word & PDF templates for the Avery size equivalent are still available for download from the website. As soon as our label design modules functionality is reinstated, we will let you know and perhaps we can still be of service with our range of materials, adhesives, standard label shapes and sizes.
