“The reason for only 2 stars is the poor communication. Your member of staff knew my order was urgent, and should have advised me that it wasn't enough just to reply to the email stating that I agreed with the copy of the printing I had ordered and to go ahead. Instead, it wasn't until several days had passed that they came back to me saying I needed to complete other forms before it was passed. This was not made clear to me. I assumed all was well. Very bad service.”

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Our customer care team was in communication with you over e-mail and phone and shared the link to the soft proof and advised that we can’t approve the soft proof on behalf of you, it has to be approved by the customer. These were approved 3 days later on 08-12-22 at 4 PM and we dispatched the order on 13-12-2022 which was the 3rd day after the approval of the soft proof which is within our lead time. We would still like to apologize for the inconvenience caused and we hope your next experience with AA labels will be better.

“AA labels used to be excellent.......but that ship has sailed! Our last 2 orders have been terrible. Poor materials that would not print correctly. Labels were badly put on the reel so they wouldn't align to the printer correctly and finally, labels were sent on the incorrect core diameter so they do not fit on our printer. As for the new customer service! This simply is terrible! Instead of speaking to somebody in production you need to speak to a 3rd party! On average they take 1 hour to respond via text and are very hard to understand via phone! Needless to say our last ever order”

Hi Kevin, Firstly I would like to apologise for the service you experienced. The issue of the incorrect core size was brought to our attention and a collection was raised straight away. We collected the labels from you the very next day to rewind them onto the correct core size, the labels were dispatched on the same day back on a next working day delivery. Our manager also called you and I believe this issue was dealt with and resolved to your satisfaction. We hope your next experience with AA labels will be a better one.

“I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I have received. We ordered printer paper as a matter of urgency and paid for next-day delivery. Three days later, we have still not received the labels, and we can't fulfil a large order, which has put us in a bad situation with our valued client. We called and was not given a solution other than said for it to arrive.”

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Your order was received on 12/12 with a Pre 12:00 delivery service, we dispatched the order on the same day. Due to weather conditions, DPD has held your order and caused the delay. We have contacted DPD and they explained they had no control over the situation as they are already facing delivery issues due to the strikes, snowy weather, and heavy workload. Our customer care team has provided you with all the updates. I can see that new order was placed and sent through Parcel Force and it has been delivered. You shall receive a call from our manager to resolve the issue with the parcel as we have not yet received it back from DPD. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and we hope your next experience with AA labels will be better.

“Although I'd ordered blank labels from AA labels before, I'd never used their service to print my design on labels before. The online design tool was clunky and poor, so I downloaded a template and created the design and then uploaded it. The review process, which you have to wait for before you can approve the design and the labels can be printed, took a full day, which seems excessive to me, but once that was done, they were produced fairly quickly. Sadly, because of the postal strikes I felt I had to pay the extra to get courier delivery, and I'm glad I did. Would I use this service again? Not sure, to be honest. For a small volume the costs are a bit prohibitive, although the printing and the labels are good, hence the 4 stars.”

“Very poor service - I have ordered from you a few times, the first few times was ok , I paid for next day delivery and still a day later nothing, no response !!!”

“Labels are good but sadly the customer service when things go wrong with delivery is really bad. Outsourced and no help in resolving issues, won't send replacements for delayed or lost orders.”

“We print our own PAT Testing labels, and buy the blank white labels on rolls from AA labels. We are very impressed with the quality of label especially considering the price we pay.”
