The material you ordered was out of stock and an alternate material was offered after the order being placed but we couldn’t proceed due to lack of response and had to proceed with the original material once it was back in stock after a month . “I have been using AA Labels for several years for labelling my home made jam and marmalade. I find them very good. This time I have ordered circular labels I haven't used before so hope to be able to print on them OK. The ordering process is very easy and they arrived very quickly.”

“I've been a customer of AA Labels for probably about 10 years now and ran into a problem for the first time on my most recent order. They say the test of a company's customer service is how well they handle and resolve problems, and I can't praise Mamunur highly enough for how he dealt with the matter. He explained to me over the phone why things had happened they way they had, and the processes that are being implemented at AA Labels to mitigate any possible repeat in the future. He listened to each of my questions and answered them thoughtfully, knowledgeably and 'humanly' if that's even a word. He resolved the problem for me there and then, but almost more important to me was the conversation itself because I now know so much more about how AA Labels works, and why sometimes issues arise, and how best to resolve them again in the future if they do, and it's all thanks to Mamunur. Problems can arise with any company, but be assured that if they do with AA Labels, their customer service people will move heaven and earth to put them right.”
