Our website is continually growing to and unlike many of our competitors, we are backed up by over 20 years of knowledge, over 120,000 square feet of warehousing and some of the largest oak and pine showrooms in the UK. Also we do not rely solely on imports, we have many suppliers in our portfolio with many from the UK this allows us to provide the very best in oak, pine or painted furniture and also the ability to provide made to measure items too.

“Friendly staff, Paul and Mark were very helpful. Managed to arrange for a couple of units with a good delivery deal and a good turnaround time. Lots of choice and a interesting store.”

“Very nice chap at the Blandford branch helped with our enquiries and called the warehouse in Salisbury to see if we could get the items we wanted the next day. No issues at all and we were told they could get them from the warehouse to Blandford that afternoon for us to collect. All done in less that 5 hours and collected that afternoon. Excellent service, very happy with the items we bought and the way the gentlemen in Blandford handled everything.”

“Called in after a while without visiting. Greeted very enthusiastically and allowed to browse without pressure. Found it far better to visit than 'surf the net'. The items we chose suited our bedroom patterns much better than the item we had gone to look for. Easy payment, quick phone call to the storage/collection point and both items loaded into the car. In the bedroom less than 2 hours from walking through the front door! Well done and will be back.”

“Salisbury store staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. Easy to order our settees, straightforward easy process. By buying from World of Furniture we saved £1000 compared to buying from local furniture store. Would highly recommend.”

“Walked into the Blandford store , had a good look round with no pressure, and ended up buying and bed and mattress, 3 x small arm chairs , a riser recliner and a recliner !! Barry Norton was very helpful though the process , and all the items apart from the mattress were in stock. The mattress was in within the week , and all items were delivered , unpacked and assembled by couple of pleasant mannered delivery men. A painless , pleasant process from beginning to end.”

“All the staff at Blandford are very helpful, especially the manager, Mark who kept my furniture in the warehouse until my new house had been built. The delivery men were very careful and did a great job of assembling and placing furniture around my house. Lovely furniture and great service all round. Thank you very much.”

“We bought an outdoor furniture set. Staff were extremely helpful the price was good and they arranged our free delivery for next day, which I was also impressed with as they took all the packaging away too. So lovely to have a local company that go above and beyond I would certainly recommend. Always have a great choice at great value with great service what is not to like!”

“Having had bad experience with Oakland furniture I went to a world of furniture and they were very gd and so much better furniture then Oakland quality much better staff much better and got my beautiful table and chairs few wks .So stunning table and chairs and everyone said how much better looking table and chairs then Oakland .I highly recommend this company.Table was put up for me and rubbish all taken away .will definitely buy from them again brilliant company”
