“Waited a week for delivery, told staff there my coffee machine is temperamental and only works with fresh coffee, I have a sage barista touch. Coffee crema is poor and splutters out the machine once it's dialled in.”

“Hope Street was my regular coffee bean; this week, I’ve tried the California Calling, and it's delicious. I recommend it for a French press brewing. And thank you, 92’s fellow, for the awesome cup gift 👌”

“Delivery took about 15 days to arrive. Sent two emails to hello@92degrees.coffee for an update and no response to either email (not very good customer service!). Called and spoke to a helpful person in the Roastery and was sorted eventually.”

“I am sorry to have to leave a 1 star review but I feel it is the only way to get in touch concerning a problem with my order. It arrived within a few days but contained an order for another customer. Unfortunately, my emails and Facebook messenger messages have not been answered and the phone number on your website is unavailable. Your product is excellent, but the facility to sort out a mistake in the order delivered appears to be very customer unfriendly. I remain waiting for instructions as to how to return and replace the order which I received.”
