“I had some complications with the gift voucher that I purchased, so I got in touch with customer service. I spoke with Bradley over the phone and then via a few emails. He was incredibly helpful and super efficient! Had the problem sorted for me within the hour. The issue stemmed from my own error, but the 80's team were really understanding and patient with me. Will definitely continue to shop here :)”
