“I contacted customer services before I placed my order. They didn’t reply for over a week so I emailed them again to chase it up. They replied with lies and when I called them out on it they didn’t respond. The item arrived, it was terribly packaged and was not in great condition. It was basically scrunched into a ball in a plastic bag. I won’t be shopping here again, unfortunately.”

Hi, thank you for your feedback. You had contacted us requesting discount during the busiest period of the year so apologies if you were not responded to in a timely manner. You were advised that we weren't giving out discount codes at this point (you were not lied to) - You then found a 20% discount code which you used so at this point further response seemed unnecessary. “One of the most accimondating online- store to order from to Sweden! When UPS messed up the delivery of my christmasgifts from this store, 80’s casual re-sent the order with no extra fee and it was delivered in a jiff. Extremly nice staff in customerservice! The clothing was as in the pictures and of good quality, the prices is always good!”
