“I ordered a top and a pair of Lois cords. Sadly the cords had a small hole in them. I have always had a good experience in the past but I’m afraid the returns process has put me off. I now have a pair of expensive cords with a hole in them. I would advise closer checks on merchandise before sending it out.”

Hi Nicola, We do have a very flexible returns policy and if you contact our customer services team at sales@80scasualclassics.co.uk they'd be able to provide you with a returns label so your faulty item can be sent back at no cost to yourself for exchange or refund. Whilst our quality control checks are extensive, we appreciate that defects like small holes can be missed on occasion as is the case here. “Ordered one pair as a Christmas gift but they were too narrow for my hubby. Returned and got a refund without any issue and ordered another pair which fit fine. Speedy delivery and service. Would give a 5 but you pay for delivery (£4) and they don’t offer a returns system so you have to post yourself and given the cost of the trainers it’s £11 by Royal mail to insure them so for one pair I ended up paying £19 in postage. And I could have got them in the addias shop for the same money. So I would say ensure you order the right size/ones - I probably won’t order again for this reason but my hubby loves the 2nd pair.”
