Another fantastic service from this company, from the ease of ordering to the speedy delivery. The range of clothes and footwear that these guys do is second to none somfor all your classic casual clothes and trainers then these are the guys to go to.

Poor service.. Took my money and didn't even have the size in stock. Apparently I've to wait now, 5 working days now to have my money back.why take my money in the first place......

Hi, As per our email correspondence, the item was out of stock due to an issue within our warehouse and could be for a number of reasons. We wouldn't knowingly sell an item if we knew it wasn't in stock to be dispatched. As per our email, we advise a refund time of *up to* 5 working days so as to manage expectations - this is dependant on your bank once the refund leaves us. Kind Regards, 80sCC

The trainers I purchased are perfect and as described. I love them! My issue with my very first order from 80s Casual Classics Ltd is that I wasn't sent a dispatched confirmation email as was promised so therefore no tracking information has been supplied to me. There isn't any tracking information on the "my orders" section of "my account" either so despite having paid for next-day delivery with tracking I was unable to track my order as the relevant information wasn't sent to me or made available to me online. If it hadn't been for the reliability of the DPD app I have installed on my phone keeping me informed I would have been in the dark about where my parcel was and when I would receive it. This may seem a trivial matter however, it is important to me and, I have to say it has somewhat spoilt my first experience with this company and I will hesitate to use them again in the future because of it.

Ordered a jumper for my partner which unfortunately I had to return just due to the style however, since ordering the jumper I’ve had 1st class service from it turning up quickly and even when I didn’t think I’d be able to return it as it was over the Christmas period and had been a while since I brought it, I received a reply on Boxing Day to confirm I would be ok to return and receive a refund. I only sent my parcel off yesterday and I’ve just had an email to confirm my refund I will definatley recommend to family and friends and hope to order again in the future

First time ordering and very disappointed, received my order but upon opening the package I noticed inside the packaging that the bag the Lois cords were in had already been torn open, upon inspection of the cord they had a terrible odour like they had been left in a restaurant kitchen, it appears to me that these had already been returned by another and then sent out to me as new, so returned for refund, however although these imo fell under faulty goods due to the condition I received them, seller charged me for the return postage which goes against their own returns policy.

Ordered a pair of Gazelles, paid for next day delivery and the service was very prompt, kept me up to date from letting me know they had my payment to letting me know they had been dispatched, came well packaged too, 100% will be using 80s casual classics again.

Bought a jacket and it arrived with a million creases, think I'm going to have to wait six months for the creases to come out before I can wear it. atrocious I won't be using this site again.
