“I had customs issue sadly. Had to pay taxes to pick it up, took over a month to arrive but they're here now. Customs complained about "description outside the box" couldn't know what was inside the package. Keep it casual Thanks”

“We ordered a jacket to be shipped to Italy. It was delivered a week late (than the estimated delivery date) and missed the birthday it was for and there was 30 euros duty to be paid on this. This was not clear on ordering and there was little help in customer care in trying to navigate the delay and the duty owed. The jacket itself I believe is fine but I think in the current situation more info on delivering to Europe or not offering this service would have reduced the stress of this and we wouldn't have ordered if we had this info.”
