“Item was out of stock according to 80s casual when I placed the order. I never saw this and if this was the case why did they take my money without even giving me a estimated time frame of when item would be back in stock. I emailed to request a full refund and they advised me that my payment had failed. This was not the case through my PayPal or indeed my bank account. I found there customer service to be very rude in their replies and to be honest very unprofessional. I have now got a refund as escalated to PayPal. I would never use this company again. Very quick to take your money but also very slow in returning”

Hi, We're sorry that you have misunderstood the meaning of a 'pre-order' item. We would hope that the large red label on the product picture stating 'pre-order' should be sufficient but the item description also advises of the arrival date of this item for further clarification. If you have any further suggestions as to how you feel we could make this clearer then we are always open to input. We have reviewed the email chain and would suggest on this occasion that our customer services team have acted professionally and can not see how any of our responses could be construed as rude but we can only apologise if this is how our replies have been interpreted. We appreciate the frustration in having to wait for your refund but as advised, a dispute was raised with PayPal which meant an investigation had to be completed before the payment could be reversed. Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry that your shopping experience with 80s Casual Classics has not been a positive one.

“A great company with stock that I couldn't get in the main retailers I tried. Can't fault the speedy service I received after talking to Brandon, who I must say has fantastic customer service skills. Love there stock of retro trainers, will most certainly be purchasing again. “Brilliant.. Ordered a top (a birthday present which arrived bang on time). Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size:. Spoke to an incredibly helpful guy called Adam; he explained this was not a problem and sorted the whole thing out for me, ensuring I received the correct size top in time.. he even rang me back to confirm everything was taken care of. “I called up about a wrong delivery address that my phone auto filled. I spoke to a guy named Bradley. He was a massive help and was straight around the warehouse to tell them to stop the parcel in its tracks before it departed. Within 5 minutes Bradley called me back and advised me it was all done and sorted ! 1st class service from Bradley. Defo deserves recognition.”
