“Recently bought a Fila top which was unfortunately out of stock, however they contacted me straight away and explained and sent me another one I chose. It was more expensive but they waived the extra and sent it out 24h delivery! Fantastic service all the way, I’ll definitely be returning for more. Big thank you to Bradley who was excellent and kept me informed, he’s a true asset to the company. Recommended to everyone x”

“Bradley in the Customer Service team was so helpful, he resolved my issue very quickly (within half an hour of raising the issue) and came across very friendly and happy to help. There is nothing worse than an order going wrong and it’s too late to change it, so Bradley resolving my issue so quickly put my mind at ease! Will definitely be shopping here again.”

“Hi, just thought it right to leave this review, my trainers hadn't turned up so I emailed 80s Casual Classics and within 24hrs I had a reply off Corey and he asked for a couple more details and then again replied within the hour, they had arranged for my order to be sent out again, also spoke with Corey and he was excellent, I have never had a problem with 80s Casual Classics in all the years, Excellent Service and would highly recommend products are excellent and service brilliant.”

“Customer service I received today was exceptional. I clicked the wrong size of jeans for my order (thought I was slimmer than I am) I requested to change the order via email. Within half an hour Adam changed my order to the correct size, on a different pair of jeans that were slightly more expensive, but to no extra cost to me. He managed to get it sorted so that they would still be arriving tomorrow, just in time for my birthday weekend shenanigans. 80's casual classics, brilliant again. Adam, you're a legend mate, much appreciated.”
