“Great service as ever but my return didn't go exactly to plan, cost me £19 to pay special delivery (my choice) and signed for but you guys couldn't find my returned items even though signed for... It was worrying to say the least.. Parcel force said they delivered nothing they could do and you guys said you couldn't find.. Resolved in the end once item located and Mr King had signed for Makes me not want to purchase again with worry that it doesn't matter if you ask for special delivery things are not always guaranteed Sorry guys”
