“Shocking. Ordered a xl and a m g9r sent. coat took ages to come,wrong size turned up so had to send back for you to send the right size 1 week later noticed you had refunded money instead of sending the right size.. When I phone to ask why I was told you may of never had the xl in. 😠😠😠😠”
