“It’s time user one of the items delivered was wrong !!!!! Disappointed but the service I received from Adam was unbelievable!!! I returned item on the Monday and had the correct track top with me on the Thursday !!! Will definitely use this site again!!!!!”

“Delivered promptly but unfortunately the post-purchase customer service has been really poor. Their exchange policy is apparently limited to like-for-like exchanges only, this is not stipulated in the Exchange Policy. The company were unwilling to assist in my exchanging my gift for a more expensive product and paying the balance, citing Data Protection issues. As an experienced, responsible, data monetisation professional, I know that is not a legitimate reason. Just poor customer service. A real shame.”

Hi Simon, We're sorry that you feel this way. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items for items of different a different value as we don't have the facility to process this via our systems. We also cannot take payment information from customers directly as all our payments are processed via external handlers (e.g Klarna/PayPal/Amazon).
