“Can't rate these highly enough... I live in Dubai and the order arrived so quickly. The quality of the clothes is top notch and any queries regarding your order before delivery are answered super quick. My only complaint will probably be from my wife... as I will be draining our account to order on a very regular basis! Great job guys Rob”

“I ordered Patrick trainers in a size 9 and a Sergio Tacchini polo in a 2XL. The trainers were too small and the polo was too big. I returned them and heard nothing. I contacted customer services who said they had issues with their warehouse and my return would be delayed. I waited over a week and contacted again. This time I was met with a rude customer service agents who blamed me for not keeping a receipt from May 16th. There was no hint of an apology just blaming the customer and suggesting that I wanted free goods. In future I will stick with retailers on Amazon where returns have never been an issue.”

Hi, As we have previously advised, we are yet to receive your return parcel. Whilst we have a flexible returns policy, we're unable to act on this until the goods are within our posession and we'd be surprised to find another company who operates outside of these parameters, Amazon included. We have requested your support with regards to the return tracking information so that we can try and assist from our side but you've been unable to provide this. We would advise that not having received your return parcel doesn't constitute as poor customer service and again we must insist that we're happy to help if you will work with us in obtaining the tracking information for your return. “Love 80s casuals I have bought so many bits of vintage clothes from it from filla track tops to Weekend offender jackets ect cant go wrong but only wrong ive ever had is i bought aftershave because im a 80s kinda guy so thought id get spray to bought boss number one and its like i spray it a few times and within a hour i cant smell it but one bad cant win over all the goods ive had from here ill give it a 4 clothes are unreal if your a 80s fashion kinda man”

“Absolute joke of a company, paid for item on Friday next day delivery, this being the weekend I was willing to wait until Tuesday for delivery. I have had zero communication with this company after two emails and waiting almost a week for nothing. Paying for next day delivery too, bad management and poor customer service. I would avoid this company at all costs. I have requested a full refund.!”

“I've been buying from 80s Casual Classics for a few years now and it's always been very easy and friendly. The site is easy to navigate, prices are competitive, there are styles you won't find anywhere else, delivery is fast, and being in Ireland I used to get a code for a slight discount to offset customs charges, but now the charge is picked up by 80s themselves. Whenever I've contacted the company concerning returns they were friendly, efficient and very helpful. 80s Casual Classics is THE shop for retro football related clothing with a modern touch. I'll continue shopping with them for a long time to come.”
