“Having been a long time customer online, made a purchase in store in Derby and despite a full 14 day full return policy through the website, there is only a credit or exchange policy in store (even within 2 days of purchase).... Product was unworn and with tags in tack, but no returns policy at all!!! Shame as the store is amazing, but in terms of customer service levels this is largely appalling and poor as a policy, no wonder the high street is becoming obsolete in the UK!!! I won't be shopping in store at 80s Classic Casuals again....”

“I am so very dissapointed with everything. I have placed an order in AUGUST and now it is almost november and my order still isn’t here. This is awful and I really trusted them and they did this to me. I just want my money back and I want a refound. Do not order from this site!!!! I wanted to suprise my boyfriend with Adidas Handball Spezials and now i just lost my money!!! Just give me a refound”
