“just ordered my service, great support on the phone selecting the correct package. got a call following day to book install - which was very quick. Engineers attended home, very professional, took me through step by step all work that was carried out. After the install the engineer shown me how the router was setup and the lights indicating the broadband and telephone. I was only concerned if the weather was bad; would my broadband go slow or drop connection, (the engineer assured me this would not happen).”

“Only got as far as the sales live chat but it was helpful and to the point. So within 2 mins I knew it wasn't a service available to my area. Virgin live chat took over an hour to get to that same conclusion.”

“We can't get fibre from BT at home so we thought this would be the next best thing. It's probably better, we get 80-100MB download all the time which has been great for our family, especially the kids who are always on youtube, xbox & netflix. Have already mentioned to my neighbours who are stuck with 2MB broadband as we used to be!”

“Good speeds, much better than normal broadband. We have no fibre here so 6G is a godsend.”
