“I cancelled my direct debit by mistake, obviously my fault and didnt realise until I recieved a text message threatening action. I called them immediately and they stated I had a late payment charge, which they agreed to remove due to the lack of notifications and the first time it had happened. The person on the phone didnt know how to reset the dd and said someone would be in touch, nothing! I rang to pay again, on the payment due date (at least 10 mins waiting time) I asked them to reset dd and pay my bill. The bill then came with a late payment charge, carried over from last month!! Despite it being cleared and authorised by supervisor! I had to then ring back AGAIN to sort out this charge and was told he would have to clear it and could not promise it could be removed! Despite it already being authorised previous month. The customer service from this company is shocking no-one seems to know what to do, the wait times to speak to someone is ridiculous and the internet speed is lacking in my area. I cannot wait until my contract ends to switch. Roll on November!”

“Our engineers were called Kurt and Connor and they were very good in terms of installing the router and were very friendly. Would definitely recommend them to other customers looking for broadband and were delighted with their service.”
