“You DON'T get 100mbps and on top of that NO Internet few times in a day. Absolutely rubbish customer service and they DON'T care about customers. PLEASE AVOID 6G AT ANY COST OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.”

“People will knock on your door and will show u this dream of 100mbps and number transfer and all sort. But they are not capable of any thing. Telling customers to contact old suppliers and get this and that information and when you do they come again and ask for more. Totally incapable of supplying 100mbps, i barely got 40mbps and kept disconnecting. Their outer looks like massive spider laying on its back with 8 laged up in the air with 10 extra cables which masses up displays. Dont fall in to this trap. When you try to cancel the will threaten you with early termination charges and debt collector even when customers are within cooling off periods. According to them cooling of period finishes on first day. Stay away and when you get knock on door from 6g kick them hard and save yourself.”

“Me and my family moved into a new home and because me mother works from home we rushed to get internet put into the house. We spoke to a broker but he miss sold us 6G and now we’re stuck with them for 2 years. If you visit the website it’ll let you it’s great for streaming, playing games and provides fast download speeds. This is completely false. Im not able to stream to its full potential and I can’t play the PlayStation online as it can’t hold a connection. Also, it you think you connect multiple devices via the WiFi think again because it wont be able to cope. Can’t believe I’m saying this but plusnet is better.”
