This is worst service provider I have ever seen. We did not have internet connectivity for over 10 days and customer service representative is unable to either provide a time when it can be fixed or provide alternative sources. This is not the only instance where we are without internet for over a week it does happened few times in last six months. These guys are totally useless and stay away from them if you can.

6G TEAM CAME ON TIME. THEY WERE POLITE,CLEAN,TIDY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CARRIED OUT THE WORK AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS UP AND RUNNING. AFTER HAVING OTHER PROVIDERS OF WI-FI INTERNET SERVICES THAT DIDNT LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISES ITS A HUGE RELIEF TO FIND A COMPANY AND SERVICE THAT DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN. 6g men arrived on time ,installed and tested and gone . system is fast , was getting 25 best and 10 some days with BT . now 72-73 all day and evening . And what a saving BT bill was 53 pounds /month now its 19 pounds , and better speeds netflex keeped stopping in a evening , not now very happy . 100% happy

The day of install they had to change 6 routers because they were faulty, it’s been just over 2 weeks and we are having problems after problems with the internet going off when you ring the customer service they tell you to just switch it on and off. But the problem with the internet is the same it’s the worst internet provider I have been with in the last 17 years. If you try to cancel the contract on the day of install The customer service will say no due to contract signed 14 days. They deliberately install after 14 days so you can’t cancel the contract. I have got two routers and am still having problems where the connection cuts off it’s not only once or twice a day it’s a lot of time there is a lot of buffering and when watching a movie it cuts off. If I was too rate 6Gi from 1-5 I would rate it -5 it’s the worst internet and I would not recommend anybody to sign up to them especially if you have Security on the WiFi they will keep going off due to bad internet

Installation team was brilliant just a shame the actual stability of the internet connection itself is so shocking. I’ve had this internet since September and have had the speeds met once or twice but been without any connection whatsoever about 3-4 times.

Ash Richard and James...came to my home to do the installation ...absolutely brilliant service ..very helpful explained everything I needed to know if not more ..very Tidy and very quick ...would deffo recommend in future ..really happy with my service today and with the results thankyou

They only talk politely but most bad and unstable Internet service. Every evening from 7PM to morning 8AM speed goes down to from 1mb to 5mb down load and upload 0mb. I got 2 routers at home but still zero performance. All the information on their website is absolutely wrong and misguided. Still my WiFi not working and using mobile Internet. I someone want to have 6g must get extra mobile Internet also.

Worse Internet ever started of good for a week the speeds went as low as 1mb/s No apps can even be open have to use data don't get needs alot of improvement

So the lads arrived at the appointed time and I had no sooner opened the door and they set to work. Dan and Jake were pleasant cooperative and efficient. They installed the antenae on the roof and quickly connected the modem/router. Not a bother and looking to the future with my 6G.

Speed was only met once. Honestly if you want to cancel contact the ombudsman because their customer service or management won't do anything.

Same here. Signed up at the beginning of October and promised installation before the end of the month. They cancelled two installation dates on the 16th November and again two days before installation which was supposed to be this Friday the 26th November saying that my property couldn't get a reception. Funny that next door had it installed last week!! Unprofessional timewasters but maybe a blessing in disguise reading the horror stories people are have having with these clowns........

All promise - no delivery. Taken a deposit & canx 2 days before installation. Was all for supporting a local business but they don’t seem to want the custom.
