“Both engineers, Mike & Dan arrived nice and early, both a positive attitude. Although there was a few teething problems they stayed cool and sorted them out without any huffing and puffing. Very good at the training with someone like me who's a bit old school.”

“Kieren from HiHi came to Springfield and spent the day with us setting up our amazing new phone system. We could not be more delighted with the excellent service Kieren provided. He was professional, super knowledgeable and accommodating. The training he provided was excellent, leaving us all very satisfied and comfortable with our new phone system.”

“The HiHi installation was smooth, and Terence (the engineer) was very helpful at every stage. Full training was given to all staff, and he didn't leave until we were all completely happy with the installation and training. As an aside - 4com themselves are generally great to deal with, but check your contract carefully especially the insurance bit!”
