“James Horton (Engineer) - obviously understood the complete system. He was very pleasant and patient teaching us how to use our new telephones. James took his time to show us individually and as a team how the different features/apps worked. It looks so much easier to the BT system we were previously on. Thank you HiHi and James!”

“Very Friendly, Very polite . Took some time to make sure everyone knew how to work the phones and gave us all training. Knew exactly what he was taking about and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their phones.”

“My experience from start to finish, First Class in every way, i would, 100% referee to friends and other business, Friendly, professional, on time, everything, was explained very clearly Rhys Waite was very professional in setting up the system and explaining how it all works.
