“Our new HiHi telephone handsets were delivered to site and the inital install was effected. We were represented by James Farthing, Liam & Sam who were courteous and professional. They engaged well with our team and overall they were very good ambassadors for their organisation.”

“Rhys Waite came to finish the install of our system today. He installed with no issues at all and then demonstrated to all our staff about the system. What a lovely guy Rhys is and so much knowledge. What an asset to your team. Would highly recommend 4 com due to the service we received.”

“Tom and Tyler were on site today to facilitate our changeover from our Reach Telecoms service. If I were to condense the experience into a sentence it would be “pay them whatever you need to in order to make sure they don’t leave your company”. From beginning to end the process has been one of the smoothest experiences we’ve ever had with off-site engineers. Not only were they concise with their requests/information, they knew the answer to every question we had (mostly before I’d even asked the question) as you might expect, but also their customer service manner was on point. It felt like they were basically part of the team, it’s that extra detail that makes the world of difference. Cracking pair of chaps!”
