Nightmare third party leasing pay thousands and thousands miss sold don’t entertain this company 4com / hi hi .

Instillation day of new Handset. Both turned up in the morning as requested. Installed new handsets and set up an additional handset. Both were very helpful and made no disturbances to our work day. Thank you

Kieren completed the installation of our phone systems and was very thorough and informative. The HIHI phone system is far better than the BT one we had in previously. HIHI customer support has been top notch, keeping us up to date at every stage.

Kieren is a great asset to your company. Such a great service from him, friendly and helpful as he always has been when coming in to see us. I like the new look of the new phones, both the unit and the screen. The layout looks much better

Kieren came today to upgrade our HiHi System, he was on time, polite and well presented. We couldn't of asked for a more helpful and pleasant installer. He explained the new system thoroughly the changes are fantastic for our business and make us more flexible utilising staff time and reinforcing our relationships with our customers and helping us to attract new customers with our efficient call back systems and remote calling. We had an upgraded system fitted, Kieren, our engineer, was efficient and really helpful, he spent time going through and explaining all the new features and re-training on things we had forgotten. We have been very happy with the HiHi system, especially the 4Com support which is far superior to our old system provider.
