“Kieren was brilliant when he came to sort our phone system at work he was quick, efficient and very polite, he had an answer for all our questions and nothing was a problem for him to do when asked. We were very please with the result of the visit.”

“Honestly, one of the best companies we have worked with before. They gave a no frills no BS sales pitch and were straight to the point, super friendly guys. Then Tom and his assistant came for the first fix install. Again, super friendly guys and so knowledgeable, cracked on with the work and got everything up and running without interruption to our business. We had a comprehensive run-through on how to use the devices etc too. Can't wait for them to come back and do the '2nd fix' to get everything live! “Terry visited us today at John White Vehicle Repairs Ltd to ensure our system was ported over and ready to use. The whole process was seamless. Terry was very polite and patient ensuring we all knew how to operate the new phone system. He sorted out all the message recordings and ensured our PDQ payment machine was working before he left.”

“The engineer Dave Cowen was very friendly, approachable, informative, professional and very skilled at his trade and was able to accommodate our request from answering simple questions, setting up the phone system, explaining how it works, adding another number to ur existing ones and helping us with the recordings. We feel confident that we will get more out of our Hihi phones in the future.”
