we have had so many faults on our system that all the phones had to be changed, I still have a fault on my phone as it keeps disconnecting but the facility to contact hihi on my phone has vanished so I rang them to complain but could not complain without a password which nobody in the company knew so they did nothing and I still have a phone that does not work no customer support. Basically overly complicated rubbish

Sold a 2 year contract paying less than 200 a month, now its apparently a 7 year contract at over 500. Scammers and I'll be seeing them in court.

Poor service from the start! haven't even got the line installed yet after multiple attempts. Great sales pitch and then when you sign it's all down hill from there. We haven't even been set up yet. Avoid at all costs!

Msileading or conned? Make sure you read every word of your contract and do not trust what the sales person says to you. Regardless of the promises and prices you are given, the contract will not be the same. We were sold a 2 year contract but in actual fact the contract started with a 2 year reduced rate, leading to the following 5 years at an extortionate rate. All the extras we were told about were also add ons for extra money.

Terrible service, the phones cut out all the time, lines are bad and frankly joining them has been the worst business move I have made in a very long time

Incomplete installation - mis sold by a devious sales person - wait to you get the price increases- plus try to get out of their contract for me 12k for 3 phones - absolute rip off company - trust me don't believe the 5 start ratings on her they are also a scam

As lots have said a con company A Decent product but the hidden charges after 18 months make it impossible. Over 18k to cancel being charged £800 for 5 phones and internet Had an Free upgrade now being charged for 2 systems A group law suit needs to happen

Our system was upgraded to the HiHi3 Handset today by David. The installation went without issue and had no interruption with our work. We have been using HiHi without issue for the last 18 months so would recommend.

Poor service and system still mot working. We have now looked into this and 4com have breached their contract as the process has caused business interruption twice in 2 weeks costing us the loss of our phone lines and internet. The company have sent 2 Kelly communication engineers on site which have managed to disconnect our lines twice and resulted in BT attending to reconnect. We have now decided to stay with BT business as the service from 4com is appalling

The most dishonest company I have ever come across. The sales person who "amazingly doesn't work for the company anymore" promised us calls broadband etc at the same price as we had been previously paying. The whole sales pitch was a con. We are paying double what we were quoted. We get invoices from multiple suppliers and any discounts that were promised were only for a short period of time. Promises were made over the phone that despite they saying calls were recorded were never able to be recovered as evidence of the lies we have been told. Where is the Group Action Lawsuit that this company needs to be facing. Total Scum. Keep well away from this company.

The installation of our upgraded HiHi devices were installed by Liam. He was excellent and did a great job with setting everything up for us. We won't ever change from HiHi, the system is brilliant and allows our business to function hassle free whether anyone is working in the office or at home.

Biggest scam going. Avoid at all costs. They get these companies (mine included) to give 5 star ratings on fitting. Service is ok but they want £85k for 5 years for rental of phones. I repeat , RENTAL.

great service provided from start to finish. Mark Disley was absolutely amazing. He did a fab job. Taking the time to show us the phone system and it's supporting systems. Made sure we were totally set up with the app and the call recording. He made it really simple. Very good tidy job. Thanks Mark!

At first glance the system looks really good and I'm sure that once we start using it we will find it far more user friendly than the old system, and once we are used to the full functionality it will have a positive impact on the business. Would also like to say that today's installer, Tom, is a credit to the business.
