“Very sad to be forced into a new revolving 7 year contract which I obviously don't need. Prices are structured to flatter the discounted term so when they come to address the initial 2 year term and to protect the increase you have to re-sign. This is not the way in which business should be carried out. Wholly unfair and not in the customers interest. I wanted to reduce the cost of the package but again there is no way to do this. This is a form of pyramid selling with no way out for the consumer, so having to sign up for another 7 years. MORAL Do not get yourself into something unless you prepared to be in for life!”

“Ian gave fantastic customer service. We cannot fault him, but rather publicly thank him for going the extra mile. He was honest and transparent in his communication, managed our expectations, gave great advice and suggestions, completed the work in an efficient and timely manner. He also offered to provide us that little bit extra without an additional charge. We would have no hesitation in using his services again.”
