“HiHi Engineer checked all faults within the building concerning Wifi signal and fixed the problem within the hour, this enabled us to carry on working efficiently. Also, was very pleasant throughout the job.”

“Avoid at all costs Come round and give false promises. Have them for my business and home. No internet at home for over a week. Chased and chased nobody calls back each time a different person has no idea of the issue. Still no internet. Had an issue with the business line, down for hours. They said that they would divert the calls immediately wasn’t done till the next day. When it didn’t need doing as the problem was then fixed. Huge loss of business. My opinion AVOID AVOID AVOID they don’t care. They give false promises and don’t do as they say.”

“The initial set up was good. Information from start to finish was clear. The phone system is impressive and we will see how it goes as we start to use it. Terry was great and did a good job. We will see how the ongoing care goes as cannot confirm that yet.”

“Kieren the engineer who installed the phone system was professional and helpful in all aspects explaining thing as he went along The Training and explaining everything about our new phones and applications was put into words we could understand without any jargon, he demonstrated everything and showing us any thing again was no problem Kieren was a credit to HiHi we would definitely recommend this company and product to anyone updating their phone system.
