“GASARC. After a few days of unforeseen issues with our existing older system crashing during the line upgrade, Rhys Waite came to site and immediately got to work trying to understand what the issue was and how he could get our old system running again while we wait for our HiHi port date, Rhys was very pleasant and explained everything he was trying to do to get us back up and running, after finding a solution that worked he stayed onsite to give a quick training session to a few members of staff concerning usage of the workaround. Overall Rhys was a very likeable and he was determined to make sure we were happy with the results before he left. Very happy with his service.”

“Both Mike & Tom were excellent. Arrived early on site and got to work immediately. There was no lack of information from both guys. All questions were eagerly answered in a very professional manner. They were polite, hardworking and very attentive to leaving a clean environment. In the unlikely event of needing any issues resolving in the future, these are the two guys we want.”
