“Tom Parr visited our offices to set up HiHi Deskphones for a mixed in-office and WFH workforce. We found him to be quick and efficient and he had the phones ready for use in short order. All of our questions were answered professionally and to our satisfaction.”

“Tom came to the Blackburn store today with a very professional and friendly manor, Tom had us set up with the phones pretty much straight away, Tom seems to be very knowledgeable about his job, I willl most definitely be recommending and using HIHI Limited again in the future. Thank you.”

“The engineer Tyler McCaffrey was very helpful. Did not get in the way or affect our day to day opertion and dealt with all issues in a calm and professional way. He helped iron out all the problems and patiently explained all the new features of the phone system.”

“Excellent customer service from the install engineer, Joe Wallace from start to finish. The install was seamless and without any disruption at all to the working of the office. He explained and demonstrated the system fully and concisely and went above and beyond in sorting out a technical "issue" with the app.”
