“We have been with HiHi since covid and it is a great system. We have upgraded to the HiHi4 now and David Perry is the best engineer we have had! Super quick and efficient set up. Really recommend.”

“Installation of new HiHi4 carried out efficiently and smoothly, with minimal disruption to the offices. Experienced engineer on site and very helpful throughout. Desktop tablets easy to use, with overview training included. Useful user guides also received for reference. Delivery and collection of equipment all arranged by 4Com with no issues.”

“Skip the 5 star "installation" reviews & read the 1 star service & ongoing cost reviews. Our provider was bought out by 4 Com, rep tried to move us to new contract but at the time I simply couldn't be bothered to switch. What a lucky escape, other people nearby weren't so lucky, signed up for 2 years without being given written terms only to find that it is in fact a 7 year term with hugely inflated costs. Beware”

“Today we have had our third upgrade of the Hi-Hi phones at R P Compliance Testing Ltd, Hunstanton. Review took place on Thursday and install the following Monday. Always a brilliant service throughout the contract and we have found the Hi-Hi phones meets all our needs and more. Highly recommend”
