“Nice guy on the phone arranged for an engineer to come and look at an overflowing manhole. To say I was in a panic is an understatement but the guy was calm and assured me we'd get it sorted. Sure enough, within a couple of hours, you would even know it had happened. How you deal with this on the daily is beyond me but it was certainly to my advantage. Happy to pay for your time and expertise. Worth every penny!”
