“I called to arrange a drain unblocking and spoke to Vic - he confirmed availability for the same day and explained the pricing. An engineer arrived just over an hour later and was fab - he was friendly, knowledgeable and got the drain sorted quickly. He also explained what had caused the issue and how to avoid it in future. 100% would use again.”
