“Engineer arrive on time. Explained what he was about to do and what were likely outcomes. Initial blockage cleared, camera investigation showed on going cause (roots) and we were booked-in for root clearing and pipe lining later same day. Happy customer.”

“After requesting a call-back, Vic contacted me within 5 minutes and arranged for someone to come round. They arrived within the hour, quoted for the job and did it there and then. He was a polite man and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company”

“First class service provided by Vic at 3 Flow. Rang in a panic as had sewage in the back garden. He sent someone within the hour. I wish all emergency services reacted so quickly. The engineer identified the problem and the team carried out a splendid job. Finish was great, no mess, no fuss. Would not hesitate to recommend. Great company, knowledgeable, professional and courteous”

“I was reluctant to call in a tradesman for something I thought I could deal with myself. Never in a million years would I have been able to clear our blockage though. These guys have got the right equipment and with the added knowledge and expertise, they had the job done in no time. A horrible job worth every penny”
