“Arrived within 3 hours of the initial call. Appraised me of the likely cause and the best course of action; he explained the risks (that the soakaway may be destroyed and in need of replacement) but after providing a price for his recommended action (which I agreed to) he carried it successfully. He provided an estimate for future work should it be required. Very friendly and helpful, happy to recommend”

“I contacted 3 Flow Drainage Solutions and an engineer was with me that morning. He was very efficient and explained everything up front so I was able to make an informed decision on how to proceed. The problem was quickly found and cleared with advise given for a long term solution.”

“Brilliant service from Vic, who came out quickly and sorted out the blocked downstairs loo very efficiently and speedily. Couldn't believe how quickly he'd finished unblocking it, with no mess and no worries at all. Would highly recommend.”
