Paid extra for next day delivery after meeting criteria of ordering before 1300 on order day. Delivery took 3 days. Have approached raising my complaint and have not had the courtesy of a reply ..

I havent bought anything recently!!! Last purchase was in March which this review of for?? Am I getting charged, again, for recent shipments of goods I have not ordered nor received?? Someone needs to get back to me........

Hi, I wrote a negative review on google long time ago when i purchased the item from you. I wish it were possible to put 0 star. Don’t wanna even discuss it anymore,had a faulty wicket keeping gloves and other issues. Do check my review on google ..lots of people viewed it as according to google ;) Izhar

Order # 24582 (pr Kookabura Junior RH batting gloves) was ordered 22 April for delivery on 2 May, but was not delivered until today 7 May. As this was a child's birthday present (indicated in the additional message requested in the order) this was a particularly poor mistake by your firm.

Keep asking me for a review so I’ll give one. I ordered the item about a month ago and it’s still not been delivered, I have email them multiple times asking for an update and all emails been ignored

Gloves didn't fit, when tried to exchange, was asked to pay delivery charge again plus return charge which is 18 pound in total. Will avoid it for sure due to extremely high delivery charges and poor customer service

Hi, we're sorry you're unhappy with the service but our terms and conditions very clearly state that the cost of returning or re-ordering items lays with the customer. Whilst we understand it's an inconvenience for online shoppers, this is consistent among online retailers. Some offer returns services but these are still chargeable (Amazon for example).

Started off ok. Bag arrived, good quality product or so I thought. Zip failed after a few weeks of the season. No response to calls emails and online messages. Not happy. Avoid!

Massive shipping cost for 4 tiny bits of metal for my scoreboard. I asked if they could be posted but I got told "NO". Unbelievable.

Hi Jeff, Sorry to hear your disappointment at the £6 carriage charge. We understand it's a small consignment but a DPD Next Day courier service, which is a flat rate for all orders, all is we can currently offer. Full tracking, text updates and ability to track the driver in real time is what you get extra for £3 (the difference between sending in the post and DPD) but it's a shame you feel the delivery cost spoiled your experience. I'm sorry to hear this - can you please contact us to confirm your order details and we can check why it hasn't been received yet? Over 95% of our orders leave the day the order has been placed (or the following day if placed in the evening) so it's very odd that you're order hasn't arrived. Thanks for your help. Dear Anup, We're very sorry to see you were inconvenienced regarding the delivery. It was expected on the Wednesday (having despatched the order promptly) however DPD were overwhelmed by the quantity of parcels shipped following Black Friday/Cyber Monday and I understand it arrived a couple of days late on the Monday. As probably the UK's largest courier (and highest rated by customers, according to Which) it's disappointing that this happened - I'm sure they were prepared for a similar volume to last year but this years Black Friday weekend seems to have grown in popularity again. Its just a second week and the bat is cracked from bottom under the toe guard I am not happy at all with the bat I want my money back i am not happy at I want my money back thanks

Probably the worst online shopping site, who has an order line that's only open in office hours, no phone line to chase orders that have been outstanding for weeks. Stay well clear
