“Product good and ultimately it was a quick despatch. BUT as I had no confirmation email or delivery notification I rang to query as it was for my grandsons birthday. Very disappointed to discover subsequently that their telephone number was premium rate- not pleased.”

“Bought a Kookaburra Beast 3.1 bat as a Christmas present and on first use a crack appeared on the edge. Returned bat and was fixed within 10 days and returned to a happy son. Excellent customer service all round. Will use again.”

“Ordered 36 cricket balls...very easy to order via website bit 3D did not seem to receive the note I added to the order not to deliver the balls until February. The balls arrived 2 days after the order while I was away and left on my doorstep...luckily my neighbours picked them up for me. I rang the office but this was closed Sat and Sun. So service delivery options need to be reviewed as cricket equipment is not cheap.”

“Excellent Service. I have never bought a bat online without testing the middle. I called in and was assured that the bat would be tested against the others in stock and was asked to add this to my notes on the online order. The bat arrived promptly within 48 hours. I will definitely be buying from them again.”
