“The bat I was sent wasn’t the one I ordered. I wasn’t emailed to be told this - just a different one was sent. It was a present and specifically chosen for its colours for a young child. There wasn’t time to change it once it had arrived.”

“Great service. I used 3d sports twice before Christmas, the first arrived extremely quickly. The 2nd time I phoned up first as it was an item they were waiting to come into stock. (I’d previously ordered this item from 2 other stores who turned out to not actually have stock) 3ds were very helpful on the phone and the item arrived before Christmas as they said.”

“We ordered cricket gear for our grandson but omittted the pads in error. We discovered this when wrapping only a couple of days before Xmas. We ordered immediately and to 3D’s credit they arrived on Xmas Eve.”

“Excellent service. I called with a couple of queries on sizing, stock etc and the staff were very helpful. Nice to get throught to talk to an actual human being! The order was delivered the next day so couldn't fault the service I received from 3D Sports.”
