“I have received excellent service from Glasgow City Flats. Nothing was too much trouble. They also have airport transfers which is very useful, particularly for business purposes. The flat I rented was spotless and the weekly service was very good. Will certainly use them again.”

“We had a great stay in this flat. The check in was excellent; a staff member waited for us to check us in. The flat was superb in terms of cleanness, view, access to transportation and vicinity to shopping area. I strongly recommend it.”

“It was good, with some remarks, such as the quality of beds need to be improved, and installed sound proof windo glasses, and during our stay there was construction behind the building which make it impossible to sleep after 8:00 am.”

“I had the pleasure of staying in a lovely apartment booked through GCF whilst working in Glasgow for a number of weeks. I have only the highest praise for the service I experienced, from initial contact to checking out. Clare in particular is very friendly and approachable yet professional, always responding to queries promptly. They will definitely be my first choice should I need accommodation in the future.”

“People at Glasgow City flats are very friendly and they really try to help you find the best flat. I have returned several times and now it is a bit like dealing with friends rather than an agency. My questions and some smaller special wishes were very kindly dealt with. I'll certainly come again.”

“Flat was clean and tidy on first appearance however upon closer look there were nail clippings on the floor in the living room and towels with rips and an off white colouring.”
