“I’ve bought a vfew blinds now from you and always been happy with them but this time I got the right size of blind and pelmet with the wrong size of end caps fit tge pelmet I’ve been in touch twice no and no replacements Totally unacceptable”

“Lovely blind which fits perfectly but the chain for rolling it up or down is very short. So am I so I have a job to reach it. I was also annoyed as the price I was charged was not what was quoted. I did complain about this but never had a reply.”
