The blinds we ordered were a perfect fit, the bracket was a bit of a fiddle, but overall, the fit, colour, and quality were great. my only grumble if at all any was they took a while to get to us, and there was no communication to reflect this or update us. but otherwise highly recommended

I ordered 3 sets of blinds from this company a while back, two were fine but the vertical blinds are too large for the recess by a few mm. Like another reviewer, I was not able to put them up right away and the company are refusing to replace them as I didn't contact them in the first 30 days of delivery. I provided the exact measurements as requested on the site, but there is some unclear wording about extra mm needed for the fittings. I have shown this wording to several friends to make sure it's not me and they agree it's unclear. However the tone in my correspondence with customer service insinuates I am some sort of moron. I provided exact measurements for the recess for all 3 sets of blinds, and they were able to subtract what was needed for the fittings for 2 of them, but not for the vertical blind rail. I already wrote a review on TrustPilot, but I am coming over here to leave one as after I submitted my review, another one miraculously appeared an hour later, talking about how great CS are and how important it is to follow the CLEAR instructions on the company website when measuring.🙄 What a bunch of cowboys. These blinds are cheap for a reason. God help you if you have an issue - it's a gamble.

Total waste of money. Ordered custom size curtains as our living room window is quite large and non standard size. Followed company's measurement guide and placed order. When curtains arrived they were more than double the size I ordered! How big do the think our window actually is! If you have any sense please do not use them.

Really impressed with my wooden blinds, saved a fortune with cutting the middle man out,arrived on time.top customer service kept me updated on my order, so easy to put up, look amazing Really HAPPY Definitely recommend 👍🙂

Rarely respond to reviews but have to say blackout vertical blinds made to measure ordered are excellent. They fit perfectly and enhance room with exact colour required. We are extremely pleased with all aspects of our order and feel that praise is well deserved.

Original order went missing. Second order was delivered to the wrong address.. even though the right address was actually printed further down on the box. Customer services refusing to acknowledge it was ever meant to go to a different address. Not a great B2B experience.

I have bought 7 day and night blinds from this company and all fitted well apart from the last one but when I complained that the blind was 3cm narrower than my measurements I have had the total run around I was asked to.provide photos of the blind showing the difference in size against a measuring tape which I did the photos of the blind hanging in the window showing the gap which I did then when I advised that my other blinds did not have this large gap I was asked to.provide more photos of these blinds which I did. After all this back and forward still no refund. Yes a great company provided you don't raise any issues.

I am absolutely delighted with my blinds. They arrived quickly.. Were better than I thought and my son put them up for me. Great price also. Would recommend this Company 100%

Very Bad Service Very Bad Service, take 2 months to get 5 windows blind and received separate delivery.. every time we called.. they say it is on delivery and u will received today or tomorrow and never arrived.. which we have been waiting over 1 months of dispatched date on their website account. Also the tracking number for the delivery is not the right never and could never track my order.. I would give 0 star rating. Update.. i got an called from their company after i wrote the above review on trustpilot and again, they say i will receive it by last Friday 15th May, and didnt received the item or phone call until 18th May.. VERY BAD SERVICE .. would not recommand to order from them... No responsible for your ITEM.

Great looking Great looking, great quality and reasonable deliver! I hear your ask why the 1 star? Fitting, in all the fitting instructions, be it video or written instructions it does not tell you, you will have to drill the fixing holes in the shutters themselves. All instructions have all predrilled holes, and I guess they were missed when being manufactured! The customer service team told me (email response) Good Morning, Michael Apologies you are finding there to be issues with the shutters. Unfortunately this shutter does not come with pre fixed holes and must be manually created to allow fitting, If you require further assistance with instructions on how to fit the shutters please don't hesitate to contact us. Hi Dale, I have just looked back at your installation videos, and the frames being fitted are predrilled, photos attached... please advise.... Hello Michael Thank you for replying to my email. I understand that this is not ideal and apologise. This particular shutter does not have the pre drilled holes. I will feed this back to our improvement and production teams to discuss making that feature to be added in the future. For the inconvenience this may cause. I would like to offer a 5% additional discount for the inconvenience caused. If you have any questions please feel free to respond to this email. Hi Dale, thank you but you keep the 5% a gift from me to you, all I want is holes! could you please supply fitting instructions. Kind regards Michael Hi Mark, Mark!!!!! Apologies that we are unable to provide the holes with this current model. I have included a link to a PDF document on how to fit shutters. They follow the same instructions as those that come fitted with the holes, with the difference with your brand needing the holes to be manually created. All i want to do is make you aware, 247 Blinds do not tell you anywhere that you will be drilling the frame yourself, I looked at everything before purchasing this shutter, and to be honest if in the fitting instructions said I would be drilling the frame I would of purchased it from another company that supplied holes... 247 Blinds, update your online fitting instructions, update the shutter page so people can see what type or model has predrilled holes and you would be receiving 5 stars all day long.

Colour of blinds received did not match sample received from company. Two black out blinds ordered and both too small for recess, had to move the brackets in so they fit, but now lets light in down both sides - therefore waste of money. I sent photos to prove this, but they keep saying within their tolerance, but even taking this into account, they are still too short in width. I would not recommend.

I come across this company by accident, and I’m so glad I did. I wanted blackout vertical blinds. I got them in purple and I’m chuffed to bits with them.My measurements were bang on (thankfully), and they are definitely blackout blinds. I ordered them on a Saturday night, so nothing was done until Monday, I received them Thursday morning. I paid the extra money to get them quicker. I would’ve given them 5 stars but I was a little bit miffed because I had to pay the standard shipping £7.95and then on top of that I had to pay £9.99 fast rack so that was 10p short of £18 which I think that’s a bit rich but it wasn’t heavy. It’s a good job I like them. Thank you 247 blinds, but think on about the price of the shipping, it’s too expensive. But I do love my blinds.

I purchased those blind because didn’t required drilling.Well it did not work for my windows only by drilling.Not the best quality either.Customer service contacted me to ask why I left them a negative feedback and was very rude saying that nothing they can do just because didn’t fit my windows.Clearly saying tin drilling require.Then why you sending in the package tools for drilling? All went straight in the bin. Not satisfied with quality and their poor customer service.Will not order it again.

Well after an initial Rocky start with 247 blinds . Delivery dates delayed & delayed & months later they finally got here in the end. Very pleased . But unfortunately after carefully pulling the blind right up today as having room decorated it failed to come back down! Phoned them today & they are happy to replace it within 3/5 days . Thank you Chloe so much

We ordered one Neat Fit blind for our conservatory to see how and if they fit into our windows. We are thrilled with the result and will definitely be ordering more. Highly recommend these blinds if they fit your type of windows.
