“Was not impressed with a video I have just seen on YT. A member of the public being verbally abused by what appears to be a senior member of staff. His language and aggressive behaviour while representing Able was disgusting and worrying at the same time. I am not in an industry that would procure your wares but my younger brother is. Called him today and indeed he has heard of this outfit. Iv sent him the link to the afore mentioned video. He was particularly interested to hear that sensitive products would be left in plain site at an open door. Very poor response to a member of the public engaging in a legal pursuit.”
