“Meeting point procedure at London Gatwick Airport was not as smooth as it could have been, I had to telephone 247 Aiprort Transfer to be put through to the driver to find him in the concourse at Arrivals.”

“Overall a very good experience....the staff on the phone was very helpful.....10% discount for registering with them....registration process (online) simple.....the driver was professional and polite....on the top of it ,the price they offer is economical.....”

“The price is the principal attraction of the service. Pickups in London going to the airport are always on time. Pickups at the airport are good. The biggest problem I have is specifying the right time for the airport pickup. It would if the service monitored the arrival times of the flights their passengers are on and planned to be at the airport at the appropriate time.”

“I believe that your service is excellent!\n\nThe only thing that you could consider is lowering the prices from/to Gatwick or Stanstead airports. Sometimes I do not choose your company only because your prices for these airports are a bit high (even with the discount I get).”

“Did not get an e-mail this time when we arrived in London. The driver did phone me but I missed the call and had to phone him back. Not quite as efficient as my last experience but good all the same.”
