“Would appreciate if about 10 minutes before agreed time will send a SMS message or phone call that driver is on his way. This will help client especially if the transfer is at odd hours.\n\nDefinitely will recommend your services to my friends.”

“I found the service of both your office staff and the driver is very good except that the car was late by an hour. I was told that there was a heavy jam going to the airport.”

“My driver was friendly and professional and it was a very good drive home. My only issue would be that the route was a little longer than I expected. Apart from that it was an excellent ride, thank you.”

“We appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of your organization, including the drivers and the dispatch staff. I had to call with a change in flight number due to a flight cancellation on our way to London, and I had no idea what time we would actually arrive due to that flight being delayed as well. The woman who took my call assured me they would monitor the flight and have the driver at Heathrow at the appropriate time - and he was. Both drivers were on time, friendly, and got us safely to our destination.\n\nThank you for making at least one part of our travel completely stress-free. We will definitely use your service for our next trip to London and will not hesitate to recommend you to others.”
