“Well one time we had a bad experience using your company as the taxi we had pre arranged to collect us at the airport filled to arrive.\n\nWe used another company for the next few times and I thought I would give you another chance as I had used your company several times before the insident without a problem.\n\nAnyway my experience this time was really enjoyable, the lady that took my family and I to the airport was very professional and a smooth driver and the guy that collected us from the airport on our return was just as good - he was so happy that I gave him ?6 tip.\n\nWith the experience we had this time, we'll definitely use your company on our next travel. The only thing that did annoy me when things went wrong before that we were not compinsated in anyway, when the driver didn't turn up to collect us at Gatwick Airport so we had to get a black cab from the airport and cost us over four times the amount you were going to charge us for the same journey. \n\nRegards\n***”

“I had problem during the booking process in that I was given a different price quote at different times, with a price differential of over 10%. It seems that I could not complete the booking for the cheaper rate and had to pay a higher rate to be able to finish the booking process. Otherwise, the transfer service itself was excellent. The driver was punctual and the vehicle was very comfortable.”

“I have been satisfied with the service received. The drivers have either been on time or arrived within a few minutes of the reserved pick up time. All drivers but one have been quite good drivers and smartly dressed with clean cars.”

“I have now used you about 10 times and have never had any problem with late arrivals. I am also impressed by information given which takes out the frequent concerns about taxis on early or late departures. Prices are competitive but have increased slightly of late. I also have to chase to receive receipts. Otherwise superb”

“Easy booking, kept informed, personal service e.g. being informed of allocated drivers, drivers were both very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, for example, seeking alternative routes when accident had occurred on main route to maintain time of arrival. Thank you!”

“Booked these guys due to positive reviews on internet. I am pleased . I was a Good experience . For outward journey, driver was early and very courteous in immaculate , luxury merc. Coming back flight was delayed . Could not spot driver at airport . Called him as 24/7 had texted and emailed his details and he was just parking , having been monitoring my flight and had seen how late it was. He apologised that he was not there as I came through but to fair I had grabbed by bags quickly . Another good trip home in another luxury car, \nWould use them again - recommended.”

“We booked an 8 seater for 5 people for extra space & unfortunately this was not the case as we struggled with legroom as the seats faced each other!\n\nBoth cars were clean & both drivers were polite, look forward to booking again soon.\n\n”
